The Antagonist

Everyone knows the stories they are, movies, comics, books or know the antagonist. The enemy is is usually the villain in the story, and without an opponent no story.
As a writer it is important to never forget this important line of antagonists, "These are people, too. This is probably the most important maxim, that the writer must live differently, as" Show Do not Tell ".
I have a list of things to consider when creating the character of the main compiled in your book.
1) Who is the enemy?
As the construction of another character, you need a detailed history of the antagonist. The financial environment, family life, favorite food, etc. ..
2) Why is the adversary of the protagonist is to defeat?
What is the ulterior motive? What are the "good guys mock" in the novel, the "bad guys" in high school? People are not only to do things, it is the logic behind everything that has happened, whether it is good or not.
3) Give the enemy a weakness.
Nobody wants to read a book that completely covers antagonistic protagonist, makes no hope or point in the plot.
4) Make sure that the enemy has a weakness
If the enemy had a thing for fluffy bunnies? Make sure to remember that the enemy is a person.
5) Is there a chance for redemption for the enemy?
As a writer it is essential to be clear, the antagonist forces, failures, and the heart. Is Antagonist earn salvation? Remember that this is not in the eyes of you to be a writer, but in the eyes of the protagonist. The protagonist has the power, the "evil" offer a second chance if the "good guy" is really good. Of course, the ball will be "the guy" Bad court if he or she accepts the offer.
6) Do you have to have no fear, turn the tables
Let the story of his journey while writing without cramping the style of the characters. You can with what they have done in their past experiences and make new shock. Be open to a role reversal or the readers have an understanding of the enemy.
I think that is the most important thing to remember in creating an effective antagonist, that they not only objects that make life difficult for the protagonist, the antagonist is a real person.
